Return and Exchange Policy

At Sweetside Candy & Gifts, we strive to provide the best products and service to our customers. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health and safety regulations, all food items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We are unable to accept returns on any perishable goods, including candy and food baskets.

Non-perishable seasonal/holiday items are returnable within 7 days of purchase. This includes Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, Halloween, and other major holidays. 

Other Returns:
All non-food and non-seasonal items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags.

Exceptions:
Gift cards, personalized items, and final sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
